My hair keeps dropping and the dandruff is terrible. I cannot keep any thing in my hair for more than 7 days cause the dandruff is so terrible.I have dandruff problem. What is the best hair products i can use for the dandruff and to grow my hair?
The best way to find the best products for your hair is to try them all. That would be pretty expensive but go over to a friends house and use some of her stuff. See how it works, and just keep trying new things. Hair may work with products from this company and not that company....it's all trial and error.
If I can suggest something, I would suggest you try a hot oil treatment....for a cheaper way to have great soft and silky hair with less frizzies, warm up some olive oil (regular cooking stuff) in the microwave and massage it into your hair while it is dry. Wrap it up in a warm towel from the drier and sit for an hour or so. Maybe give yourself a facial at the same time. Then get in the shower, and shampoo out all the oil (because water won't get the oil out--oil and water don't mix) and then condition your hair. Viola! Beautiful silky hair.
The most key thing to protecting your locks is to stay away from all heat. Yep, that means no hairdrier, no straightner, no curling iron either....It's very hard not to advert to these products but just try it for a week. Don't blow dry your hair for a week....try it. I know it's hard not to but if you stay away from things with heat such as blow driers, curling irons, straightners, etc....you will notice a HUGE change in the feel and look of your hair. It will be so much more healthy.I have dandruff problem. What is the best hair products i can use for the dandruff and to grow my hair?
head and shoulders really does work pretty well. But My stylist tells me to wash my hair twice a week for awhile and it'll stop doing that. Oh Paul Mitchell's Tea Tree works really good too
try using neutrogena's T-gel shampoo for dandruff, it works pretty well and make sure to use moisturizing treatments at least once a week.
Its called do-gro its at sall'ys and it works for dandruff and to grow!
I have the same problem in the winter when the air is dry, so I tried Neutrogena Therapeutic Shampoo, it works, but smells awful (like dog shampoo)!
I read quite a no of Q %26amp; A in yahoo on dandruff topic. So i just recently bought Selsun blue. After using it hair is quite rough and dry. To regulate that i am using a conditioner.
Will update how the results are...keep in touch ya.
Dandruff is caused from a lack of moisture on your scalp. You should look into intensifying moisturizing hair masks and treatments. Also, try to go with hot oil treatments and taking some vitamin E.
Try Denorex w/conditioner. I have used it and it works well when my dandruff gets itchy and it leaves my hair and scalp feeling clean.
You should see a dermatologist if it's that bad. Your hair should definitely not be falling out continuously. You could have dermatitis or psoriasis and both are treatable. If you're absolutely sure it's just a bad case of dandruff, get yourself anti-dandruff shampoo. Lots of them are now fortified to enhance shine and strength. Check out the new line of Head %26amp; Shoudlers or Selsun Blue. I still strongly recommend that you see a doctor. It sounds pretty bad.
A herbal rinse is a safe method of removing dandruff. Apply lemon juice with the rind on the scalp .After 5 minutes wash off with shampoo and water. More simple remedies for dandruff at http://usefulinfo-dandruff.blogspot.com/
