i suggest you deep condition with extra virgin olive oil whenever you need it.


condition with gentle conditioners and be generous when applying. i suggest l'oreal or suave conditioners. pick and choose.


shampoo hair no more than twice weekly. put shampoo on your scalp only and let drip on the rest of your hair. do not use pantene or tresemme because they have ammonium laureth sulfate, the harshest of all cleansing ingredients.


also use a small amount of olive oil as a leave on conditioner. a dime amount or quarter size amount. judge how much you need. do this only when you wet your hair. after using olive oil do not use any more products unless you really need to.


once a month remove build up from products by using diluted apple cider vinegar. 1 tablespoon to every cup of warm water.

Ummm you could try cutting your hair to a shorter length.


But try olive oil, eggs avocado [something natural] But putting some olive oil before going to bed helps and you can put a bandana over your hair so you won't dirty anything But it helps
