Usually I straighten my hair, and that's how i tame my hair. But when I take a shower and my hair goes back to normal, it's poofy. I have tried many products on my normal, curly hair, but nothing seems to work. Any help? What are the best hair products for curly, frizzy hair?
Frizz ease finishing cream by john freida. Put it on after your hair is dry, it kills frizz. I love it!What are the best hair products for curly, frizzy hair?
I have very very frizzy hair and very curly hair. My hair is also very thick. Typical curly hair products/ideas (ie. frizz ease) do NOT work for me.
What I do is after I get out of the shower with towel dried hair, I start with a gel (or Pantene's curl defining mousse also works). The gel needs to be the kind that gets crunchy when it dries (';flexible hold'; doesn't work). Use a generous amount of the gel in your hair and work through with a wide toothed comb. Then flip your head upside down and scrunch your curls. Finish off with an hairspray or with Pantene's spray gel for curly hair (with head still upside down and still scrunching). Then you can air dry, or blowdry with your hair still upside down.
Some other substitute products - Sunsilk's curly hair mousse can be used instead of Pantene's mousse.
Also ION's curl defining cream found in Sally Beauty Supply also works well on it's own. Just scrunch with your head upside down and then air dry.
i have curly poofy hair to and i use curling mousse to still keep the curls but make them nice and not poofy. u could get any curling mousse and scrunch ur hair with it. i use kickass curls curling mousse but i cant find it any more at the stores so im swithcing to Alberto curling mousse which works just as well. dont straighten ur hair all the time u will kill all the curls u can have :P good luck wit the mousse
well i have the same thing but usually if u add a lil hair spray rite after u take a shower(rite b4 u go to bed if thats when u take a shower.) and rub it in go to bed it usually works with me/ also in most pharmacy like stores like(walgreens or rite aid sorry dont know if there are any of those near where u live) they sell an aloe oil thing its clear u can ask and im sure theyll kno what ur talk bout
whenever you wash your hair it will go back to its original status. If you don't want so much puff get a relaxer and make sure you put in a shine enhancer, like biosilk, put it in when it's wet. It works great for frizz.
i have the same problem anyone wanna help??? =[]
